If authority is disregarded, it is the one doing the disregarding who misses, at least for the moment, the blessing intended for them. Everybody under the authority of that person now comes into line for the reception of the blessing they missed. By staying in submission to Kingdom authority, the ones who are now faced with their own reasons to disregard the authority set over them, can not only receive the blessing originally intended to flow through the one who is over them -- they may also now function as conduits of that blessing and direct it right back to the one who is over them in the Lord. This is a powerful function of grace working through divine authority~
