If certain people choose, based primarily on what they perceive to - TopicsExpress

If certain people choose, based primarily on what they perceive to be the negative behavior of purportedly religious people and institutions, to deny even the possibility of the existence of God, why do so many of those same people cling to the idea of the existence of some abstract idea of justice, and cry aloud for justice to be done, when they are faced with what they perceive to be rampant unjust behavior on the part of people and institutions? If they deny the existence of (as opposed to merely their belief in) God in the one case, shouldnt they then deny the possibility of the existence of any abstract or intangible value when faced with widespread contrary human behavior. Ive never understood how someone could deny, based on the misbehavior of humans, even the possibility of Gods existence.
