If i was an employer...university grades are of central importance...which high school and high school score is irrelevant to current work requirements...expertise or proficiency in skill and knowledge are the backbone to a strong workforce...given the top grades, i would then try and work out their personality through reference and interview...good character is MUCH more important than confidence...skilled and morally sound workers are abundant but ones with the additional advantage of crucial connections scarce and this single factor can potentially determine firm success or advantage
