If im not mistaken it was 2001 when i was ready to be baptised in Roman Catholic Church somewhere in Maphumulo. As expected in sunday school class i was a top student, i knew the holy book in and out. However my granny was told to pay R50 ngoba sasibathathu it was going to cost R150 for the 3 of us to be baptised. The Big Day came and sasiswenkile ready to be poured by holy water by that White guy called pastor. Unfortunately labomama abahlala eduze kwamfundisi namaqhoks rejected the 3 of us because we had no receipts as proof of payment. Kids that could afford were all baptised in tthe holy name of jesus amen! From there I never steppd in a so called holly house again and granny was clear that she wont pay for heaven. I dont have a problem with true congregational members and may they be nourished with eternal life but those who indisguised the word of God to serve their own mandate may they also be blessed!
