If im reading the law correctly it appears the conceal carry provision was removed in the Constitution. If you look at the amendment that was submitted for voter approval there was a sentence regarding conceal carry (line 5). When you look at Article 1 Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution it was removed. It say no restrictions on possessions (paraphrasing). Im no lawyer but in plain english it would appear to me that Missouri is now a constitutional carry state. The conceal carry statutes seem to be for reciprocal agreements more than anything else.
