If it is not Intercity bus drivers using hand held cell phones while driving, Ritchies bus drivers doing u turns on the Auckland Harbour Bridge, both companies putting lives at risk and now this; what the hell is happening with these bus companies and the way they train their staff let alone their arrogant attitudes? BTW, Intercity and Ritchies bus companies are intrinsically linked through ownership.
