If judiciary can built nice courts all over the country just with the same outlook like the ICC, why dont the Ministry of Health build the same referral hospitals within the eight provinces that looks better r than Kenyatta National Hospital? The Doctors within the Ministry should also go for vetting the same as the magistrates and judges vetting done by the JSC. This vetting should extend even to both primary and secondary school teachers heads because corruption and incompetency is not only found in Judiciary but worse in Ministry of Education, Health and even Transport because even in Migori county we border Tanzania and we need a four lane highway with railway line also. Let the President play an equal supervisory role to all departments but to me Judiciary is leading in the transformation. The fate of patients at KNH is really unfortunate and this happen because it is the major referral in the country. So the CS for health should tour the CJ office and exchange the ideas of expansion.
