If like me you do not have time to read all new jargon regarding SKY....on the first clap of thunder it was not receiving a signal. Go on tv guide on sky remote controller flick up to TV guide right up top off screen go left on arrow...in far left corner of tv press once go on settings then arrow down and go onto Network cursor down onto all failed network Press red button on remote control.. done! far quickee then hanging on phone hours. Had to do thus twice already but worth it as so stressful calling sky ;+)
