If men dont have to aggresive, women wont have to be submissive. Very well written speech. I struggle so much to help my male friends understand that its about equality, not just women or men. I hope the least I can do is teach my children that it is okay to be vulnerable, it is okay to ask for help, it is okay to aim and it is only correct to support equality.
