If no amendment to the Constitution was made about violation of privacy, then any policy that violates the rights of the citizens is Illegal ( not matter how "slight" or "uninvasive" said intrusion may be, and anyone who participates in, knew about, or allowed it to happen is guilty of treason. I do not care if the Supreme Court, Congress, or other government agencies are ok with such actions. It just means they have violated their oath of office, and are guilty of treason as well, YOU DO NOT PROTECT ANYONE BY TAKING AWAY THEIR FREEDOM! Let the public executions begin!!!
