If one considers the following ; increased filling for SS at 62,increased filing for SSI,workers dropped from the labor force,the self employed being included as workers,part timers being included as full timers, increasing numbers depending on a government check..........it makes the unemployment rates seem lower. Actually this is a smoke screen ...the labor force is in dire straights when one sees through these manipulations....not to even mention outsourcing of jobs .
