If one is going to decide a course of actions based on assumptions of what happens after they die, I think it is more prudent, practical, and unselfish to not consider where one will spend eternity but what they have done to enable to continued paradigm of growth for those that actually LIVE after we are gone. The assumption that nothing exists for self after death, in my opinion, is a more moral stance than the belief that action will garner one favor in the next life. Sustainability, yo....
