If only they understand the cons of modernization,they would think deeply before implementing anything.the more you modernize a city,u are setting a standard.which even the corn seller by the road side will battle to meet by any means,not to talk of idle minds who may eventually venture into robbery just to meet with this so called requirement.its high time our leaders realise that human development and economi development should be their topmost concern.God bless nigeria
