If people would like to send up good thoughts and prayers for us tomorrow (Thurs) morning, we have an appointment to bring Taylor to a pediatrician at a different clinic (our clinic only has GPs) to try and figure out why she keeps getting sick, after she came down yesterday with her 4th bout this fall of the same crud (extreme fatigue/lethargy, combined with a sore throat and cough). We just want some answers. She was tested for mono the last time she was sick and it was negative, but I just heard today that those tests arent always conclusive. If any of my nurse friends have thoughts to share let me know. Our school nurse suggested having her tested for mono again, along with Vitamin D deficiency and strep.
