If power shortage in hospitals is not bad enough, people affected - TopicsExpress

If power shortage in hospitals is not bad enough, people affected by the flood in East Coast are facing dire prospect of not getting aid at all, due to what is being observed as one of the worst flashfloods Malaysia has ever seen since its foundation. However, we still have the galls to conveniently talk in FB or at our regular mamak stalls about where our political leaders go, as if they can miraculously stop the constant downpour in Kelantan and Terengganu. While I understand that you peeps have other social obligations which subsequently hinder you from helping the victims, you ought to realise that youre in no better position to criticise anyone who is not going as well. Its like youre blaming others for drunk driving while being drunk at the same time. I think Malaysians need to be slapped hard in the face in order to get their priorities straight and step out from their hypocrisies. I know I cant lend a hand in helping and probably Ill just make things worse with my lack of knowledge in flood handling situations. Im not sure if my RM10-RM20 I donated can ease the victims sufferings. And Im pretty goddamn sure that without any proper comprehension on how to act in case of natural disaster, Najib, Anwar and even you with the big mouths will only worsen things up if they decide to swim in the flood. Donate and pray. I guess those are probably the best ways to help rather than getting into unnecessary bickering in FB about whose cojones are long enough to withstand the flood.
