If somebody wants to walk out of your life let them go. Especially if youve been the best woman or man you could be and they still want to leave. Some people come into your life for a lifetime some for a season. Youll always mess up when you mix up the seasonal people with lifetime expectations. I put everyone that comes into my life and the category of a tree. Some people are like leaves on a tree. The wind blows and theyre unstable. Seasons change they wither and die, theyre just there to take from the tree and give shade every now and then. Some people are like a branch, you have to be careful with branches. Theyll make you think theyre strong, but the minute you step out on them the break an leave you high and and dry. But if you find two or three roots you are blessed. They arent going anywhere, they arent worried about being seen, no one has to know theyre there, but if the roots arent there the tree couldnt live. A tree could have hundreds of branches but still would be nothing without those roots. When you get your roots hold on to them, but the rest of them you gotta let go. No one said it was going to be easy, but it will be easier when you learn how to love yourself. When you get to a point in your life where you look at people and you go OK its you or me, you will make a decision. Tyler Perry
