If somebody who is headed for Abuja hooks up with another who is bound for Bayelsa state as they journey; no matter how beautiful and expensive their vehicle may be, what will happen and where would they end up getting at afterward? Thus, if you are a man or a woman who is already hooked up with somebody in the name of love for marriage this year, which you desperately want to happen fast fast; pause a while and answer yourself thess questions; are you going same direction with that person? Is there compatibility in religion, vision/dreams, temperament, strengths and weaknesses, and cultural background, etc? Note this; there are things some people believe love can cover at first when they are being carried by lust, but afterward they discover that it cannot. Reality is far different from fantasy and assumption. Love can cover all things if Christ is involved and you are bound for same direction and ideologies, but it cannot cover anything when ignorant choices and carelessness in frivolous and fantasy ways of life in a relationship when the said relationship is characterized by lust, deceit, lies, selfishness, and greed. You must have your head intact first before being swept off with; let us get married. Learn to weigh motives in balance first. Most proposals are fatal when both parties are not bound for same direction and ideologies. Take a second thought always before your response to every kind of proposal in life. Look around you and see how marriages and families are breaking up and down lately. What do you think is one of the major causes?
