If someone offends or sins against my husband today, I pray he will not discuss the matters with others, but go to the offender directly and settle the issue quickly. Help him resist the temptation to stir up contention, spread rumors, or involve others in the offense. Fill him with mercy, wisdom, and grace as he confronts the brother or sister one-on-one, and let the matter be settled quickly and peacefully. (Matthew 18:15)
