If stopped by Police and they give you an order to NOT move especially when they have seen a firearm in the vehicle Follow the Directions exactly as they are given mind reading isnt something Officers do You are directly responsible for escalating a situation when you ignore their orders and then physically resist, Going home safe at the end of watch is all they want given split seconds to make a choice in this situation this is how with the information the officer had I believe his process went similar to this - these guys ran a stop sign let me light them up and make a traffic stop pull them over approach process 2 suspects at night process visible firearm repeatedly ignoring commands are they fleeing another crime are they on parole Wait I know this man I arrested him for drug possession the same guy did 13 years for shooting at troopers when he was 13 hes a bad dude serious felon is he not going back ride or die mentality now hes trying to get outside the vehicle do not get out now he is pushing his way out of the car Why I told him if he moves he will be dead why is he not listening he is outside the car back up order him to stop I cant see that other hand its going inside his shirt dammit why does he want to die Stop or ill shoot - I would have done the same exact thing pulling out a license or a gun it isnt going to play out with me or my partner or both dead cops dont want to shoot people randomly they are trained to survive and use lethal force if needed - the only suspicion on the tape comes from turning off the audio at the end its a pretty clean shooting why draw suspicion. youtu.be/ys0OzmH_EPg
