If the 7lb. book that I published on September 22, 2001 had been a baby, it would be time for the Bar Mitzvah. GATEWAYS OF THE DIVINE was born 13 years ago today, in the turbulent, heart-rending days following 9/11. The GATEWAYS certainly delivered me to a deeper engagement and service to the world, and the journey of bringing through such an unflinching vision has undone me, again and again.
