Even local officials who entertain us in tennis courts have had used barangay officials who are supposed to be non-partisan as distributors of cash for vote. The sad thing is - a few Filipinos stand for truth and righteousness. And you expect this nation to be truly blessed? - but of course because there are still intercessors praying for the Philippines.
