If the Republicans keep allowing the Democrats to keep extending the full effects of Obamacare forward until after the mid term elections of 2014 then they will retain control of the Senate. The Republican establishment old timers are full of RINOs who operated under the guise of compassionate conservatism supported things like Immigration Reform (Amnesty) and extending welfare benefits. When it comes to reducing spending in the budget they will also join with Democrats in extending the debt ceiling.
