If the accusations against Bill Cosby have any validity, then let the evidence against him brought before a court of law and assessed in a formal manner. I dont mean to take the accusations of these women lightly, but trial by media is grossly unfair, and I too well remember reading Arthur Millers play The Crucible in high school to leap to conclusions about guilt and innocence. Cosbys silence is being interpreted as evidence of guilt, but the idea that a denial would make it more likely that he is is innocent is silly - both Robert Hughes and Rolf Harris loudly protested their innocence despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, and it is a old adage that every jailbird maintains their innocence (I was framed).
