If the diet that you woke up and started today isnt something that you can follow long term, then you should stop it. Whats the point? The weight only comes straight back on again. If youre going to do anything today, on motivational monday find some aspect of your eating that you can actually change, permanently and just work on that. Choose a new thing each Monday and by the time you get half-way though the year, you wont even recognise your old eating habits.
