If the fear of failing paralyzes your ability to learn, stick to your day job but if your fear of failing springs of well of willingness to learn & apply those lessons, chances are you are an entrepreneur Entrepreneurship is about setting out for a destination that doesnt seem realistic to on-lookers, with a definite goal & then been confronted with temporary setbacks tagged failure only if you quit. When temporary setbacks come, true entrepreneurs are motivated to learn more, observe more, think more & possibly restrategize morebut never alter their goal till they arrive at a workable solution. Stress and fear must motivate entrepreneurs to become more creative, learn faster, and increase their knowledge about people and business.
