If the truth causes a problem, then the truth was already a problem. Truth rarely comes from your fan section; truth comes from your coaching section. A coach wont let you think you look cute when youre really looking curious. Eagles need coaches -- egos need fans; the difference between a fan and a coach is that a fan will cheer for you whether you are winning or losing; a coach, a wise counselor, will cheer for you but will not let you live, think, or perform beneath your potential. If an eagle does not graduate from the nest, they will never realize their potential. When somebody does not want to know the truth, they are telling you that they are comfortable in the nest, their potential doesnt matter, and despite their powerful purpose, they would rather sit up and look good as apposed to becoming great. We all have a nesting period; for those that are born to fly, accept truth as iron sharpening iron, and dont let the enemy use your ego, pride or dysfunction to dull your destiny.
