If there is one thing that compels me most about jacque is the fact that he has lived this long carrying such a radical and antiestablishment mindset. If we look at almost all prolific thinkers who challenged the establishment, most of them died fairly young. The best indicator of this earlier death was the fact that they actually did care about public opinion, hence the stress associations to being a radical eventually killing them from the inside out (of course this is my interpretation). Jacque for me has served as an inspiration to not take public opinion seriously, because most bares little relevance. More importanlty, to not get hung up on whether people change or not.
