If theres one advise I could give to our young struggling workforce is that you align your goals and objectives with those of which you serve, your client, bosses, or company. That way you function more effectively as a member of a team or family - a natural instinct of humans. You become inspired to work not only for yourself but for the others in the team in achieving your objectives. We are social animals, we need others to survive. You then ultimately succeed and not only do you gain monetary compensation but more importantly the respect, trust and admiration of your colleagues and superiors. Earn people, not money. Prosperity soon follows.
