If theres one piece of training advice I could give it would to always be open minded and never think you know it all. Im fortunate to train with very experienced pros and everyday I try to pick up one little piece of knowledge A few months back they realized all my deads came from my legs and primarily my hamstrings. Explains why my hamstrings are over developed and my back thickness is lagging. So I had to start over, with 135lbs and learn how to pull with my back and not my hamstrings. Frustrating?! Hell yeah but its all part of the journey Back to pulling 315lbs (I dont claim to be strong) on my sumos and still learning how to focus strictly on my back. Yup...I love this sh*t
