If this does not make your day, I dont know what will...Hahahahaha....! After watching this 100 thousand times my bud and I did some research on who this guy was. His name is Paul Charles Dozsa of Hungarian decent. He was a Master Chess player in Australia but was a con artist as well. He liked eating at high end restaurants and when it came time to pay, he made excuses as to why he couldnt pay the bill. This is one instance where he was arrested for not paying for a succulent Chinese meal..Lol..and it is classic.. If he were alive today, he would be famous just for being himself.. This was filmed back in the 80s. :-)
