If this is an accurate source, this coming winter is not looking good for most of the west coast. I hope they got it wrong. I pray for above average snowfall and average temps or lower. It does say there can be changes as we get closer to winter. It says this for the Northwest: Northwest: This region will likely be dealing with well-above average temperatures and once again, very dry conditions.
