If this is not OK to post then admins I am sorry. I just am looking for someone who works in SixFlags corporate who can kindly guide me to the appropriate person to contact regarding the situation below. I would also like to find others who have recently experienced the same. We were at 6flags. My husband and son and our friend and his son went on the Judge Roy scream. The kids ran through the tunnel once they realized they had gone the wrong way they turned around to go to the entrance. My son who is 6 went under the rail to cross over to catch up. Here is where it gets really good. The security came and told my husband he had to escort them to the security office. Long story short they were put in 6flags jail (not kidding they really do have one) and wanted to ask a series of questions and make a report. My husband went crazy and called me. I went and was told what happened. I asked what their procedures are for a small child and if I could see a copy of it. They refused. I asked if I could have a copy of the report they were making and they refused. I asked for it in writing that they refuse to give me any of this information and that it was in fact 6 flags policy to literally have a 6yr old kid in hysterical fear as though he was being arrested. They were NOT nice. I went back to the ride and took pictures of how the rides is not clearly marked entrance and exit. In fact there is NO exit sign. It looks as though it is all entrance. I also took a 20 min video of at least 20 people making the same mistake as my child AND crossing over to the other entrance just as he did. My problem isnt if he did or did not break a rule as if its a rule ok fine but then that rule should apply to everyone who breaks it. Clearly by my video this is not the case. My problem is the way they handled it. Literally scared my son to pieces. My husband had to somewhat hold it together as they were not nice and didnt want his anger to cause the situation to escalate from the problem at hand. We were made very clear that if we did not cooperate and provide my sons personal information they would revoke our passes and put a trespass warrant on us. We were told this information was confidential as was the incident and report. I have come to find out that 2 complete strangers from another FB group was able to call their security department and was given this information. I have called Six Flags PR office and have not received a call back.
