If this is what the Tea Party stands for, if this is their true purpose and intent, I will put aside my distaste of ALL political parties (I will always reserve my right to vote my conscience and demand answers and accountability from anyone who tries to influence my decisions or actions, ALWAYS) and join them. If this is not exactly what every American feels is needed to return our glorious Nation to its former and rightful status as the proud, powerful, economically and morally solvent United States of America that was the focus of envy rather than ridicule throughout the world, then what America is TODAY -a pathetic, lazy, cowardly mass of self-indulgent, self-absorbed, people with an attitude of entitlement, unconcerned about the future(or even the present) of our Nation as long as their immediate desires are fulfilled- is going to seem like paradise in five or ten years. Everybody has their hand out, and its time to remember that feeling generous about filling those hands means putting a hand in YOUR OWN pocket to do so. Im certain that, politics being the capricious creature it is, I will never agree completely with any political organization, but the goals stated in this short speech, along with the sentiments about our country, are also MY goals and sentiments. I would be surprised to find out that my dear friend, Adele Keliinoi Weston, who often sees political situations differently than I do, disagrees with what has been expressed in this video, which I was unaware had been made by the infamous Tea Party until the end. Im skeptical of any political party so of course I will be doing some research to find out what besides these logical and noble goals expressed in the video they are about, since there must be something that earned them so much hatred. Or, could it possibly be true that millions of people hate them because THEIR political party told them to?
