If u r angry long enoughbit becomes familiar, comfortable and makes u feel warm and fuzzy kinda like that first baseman glove u broke in 20 years ago snd found . Now picture it has been rolled up and soaked in baby lotion then u stick it in the oven and bake it. So when u put it on ur gand it is like placing ur hand in a mi bile heave well ur anger becomes like this glove all warm an comfortable. Old anger can be the same thing you wrap it around you and its all warm and fuzzy and comfortable. But what you dont realize is if you keep the glove on for ever eventually you will find out there are other things you like to do that you cant because you have a baseball glove on your hand anger is the same way I feel good and comfortable where you belong because youve been there so long for trying to do other things that you love and you find it prevents that because it wasnt made for joy it was made as a trap into despair anyway sorry about the Showbox think about it
