If u take your gym seriously I think 4 hours is enough well there r people who say u need to spend all ur time in the gym like 8 hours minimum I think its too much but dat may be the case for people who devote their life solely to bodybuilding example like Ronnie Colleman etc etc well if u take my opinion 4 hours is best if u chart it out this way As I can see myself improving a lot over this past one month within 1st one hour 30 min jogging and 30 min of free hand stuffs next 2 hours in the gym upper body workout u must get it charted according to ur plans like one day full chest, another day full back, etc Next one hour devote urself to working out ur legs and stomach Alternate day yields better results I personally m finding it so as I was doing leg exercise and squatting with 80 Kgs each and every day so doing it alternate days is okay As for evening I spending time meditating like from 5pm to 7pm dat helps in overall improvement and much more Dont ask how try and then know!! Stay focussed and stay away from girls for the time being B-) Om Namah Shivay B-)
