If u want to make friends , Join a day house its R400 once off payments and its fun or attend the FYS . The FYS is important because u make frnds, get to know campus before classes start( once classes start no 1 will show u around , u will get kicked out of the lecture hall if u late) and also because the are some regulations that u need to know . Some of u have 2 or more elective modules but because u dont know u might end up doing maths while it was not compulsory but just an option. Just because u passed matric dont think u know it all. There are ppl who got 7 distinctions in matric but failed n droped out by the end if the first semster . Dont tell ur self u know its university ,your marks will drop .
