If voters really want change, they will have to stop sending the same politicians back to Austin who are beholden to Pearson lobbyists. They will have to start electing lawmakers with the political will and commitment to fix public education. If people dont want that information about candidates because of an uncomfortable cognitive dissonance, thats on them. Those who are serious about fixing this via the ballot box, will want to know. Those who arent will continue to whine on social media and will still elect the same politicians that will bring the same underfunding and over testing to our kids.
