If we can find keys to affecting how the chromosome abnormalities form we can hopefully reduce the spread of cancer. Mina Bissell and other amazing researchers who dedicate so much of their lives to cancer research have already stated they believe the health of the microenvironment of tumour sites impacts dramatically on the development of cancer cells...if tissue surrounding the tumour is restricted then it reduces the nutrient flow to the area. As cells are physiologically designed to respond to pressure even superficial massage/movement can effect the underlying cells around tumour sites. Research now shows that even massaging small lumps in tissue can help reduce their enlargement. Go to your doctor, get advice but take advantage of this knowledge...do what your instincts tell you to do...
