If we can only teach ourselves to love the light, then we find beauty in everything. There is no such thing as ugly, no lack of grace, no failure of creation. There is only the reflection of that perfect, warm inner glow that is a part of what it is to be. If we could only teach ourselves, to see what light is--in its own form, in its own color---abandon that need for our own fumbling sense of order--our need for definition-----then we could open ourselves to the wonder of it all. . What little buggers we are, to take something so simple, so real, and complicate it.
