If we say, We will enter the city, the famine is in the city, and we shall die there. And if we sit here, we die also. Now therefore, come, let us surrender to the army of the Syrians. If you are not willing to risk the unusual, you will have to settle for the ordinary. Donald Trump said, If youre going to be thinking anything, you might as well think big. I think big not because of what Trump said but because God Almighty, my Father is a very big God. He is Jehovah El-Shaddai-God who is more than enough, the fully breasted One, God who is too much, who overrides natural circumstances etc. Pearls (treasures) dont lie on the seashore. If you want one, you have to dive for it. God Himself, had to do it the hard way. When Adam and Eve sinned and God wanted His pearls (treasures:you and me back as His children), God had to be separated from His Son Jesus, and watch Him die a painful death on the Cross. David was a talented prophetic/anointed musician and warrior, but until he took that risky step of confronting Goliath, nobody would have heard of him. When Daniel took a stand not to bow to the evil decrees of Nebuchadnezzar, he was taking a risk. When Esther decided to see the king(her husband); after a 3 day fast, she was taking risk. When the woman with the issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus garment, she took a risk. I used to pray, pray, pray. ....Cry, cry, cry......into depression. One day in my house in London, God asked me, Do you actually know who I AM? It was a very strange question. Before I could say anything, He said, I am God Almighty, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, I dont give birth to weaklings. Get up and get out. Faith without works, my brother and sister is dead. GOD is not moved by our tears but by putting His Word to work. Go out, take risk like Jesus, David, Daniel, Esther etc. I have decided to take another one soon. God will always back us up and well not fail because Jesus never fails. God bless you.
