If we the people would elect people that would go and truly represent us we would be better off. The issues affecting our society are jobs, education, and career politicians. The jobs with a quality pay would give the reasonable person the desire to try working a job instead of doing some of the other stuff that does not create social security or retirement later in life. Education is proven to be an catalyst to a better life and better decisions. Especially if it was a quality secondary education and am affordable post secondary education. Then the career politicians that can feel comfortable serving their own interests and not ours (that of the people). I would run for public office but would not win because I would make unpopular decisions and not go along with some of the deals that are made behind the scenes that do not benefit the public but rather the politician. Oh well just thinking.
