If what Itumbi and KIMC guys say about the last part of the so-called Investigative Journalism by Dennis Okari on fake preachers is true, then it was unethical and the president should sign this media bill ASAP...Is Okari taking us to 1940s??? (This reminds me out Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment where black men and women were injected with the disease without being informed of what the study involved, made to suffer as the researchers did not treat them). Consent must be obtained for you to observe peoples behavior!
