If working out feels like you have a 20+ pound baby on your back, - TopicsExpress

If working out feels like you have a 20+ pound baby on your back, slow down and modify. Work on proper form rather than speed. You will target the right areas that need to be strengthened without causing injury. There is no sense in pushing your self so hard you get hurt. Plank walks, push-ups, jumping jacks-whatever it is-it mostly likely can be modified. Dont feel like you arent doing enough if you need modify moves. You are working just as hard if you use proper form. Listen to your body. *Not sure how to modify and still get the same effective workout? Just ask me:) #DontBreakYourBack
