Sorry, but I need to RANT; A lot of us have probably have gotten into a verbal altercation or domestic dispute and said things to the extreme like Im gonna beat/kick your (bleep)! OR Im gonna kill you! *** So when does FREEDOM OF SPEECH stand exempt of being accountable or unaddressed? Usually it is a history/track record/prior evidence of hostility or violence of bodily harm that raises a concern for seriousness in ANY VERBALIZED THREAT. For example: Here in America, people fall under what I call the Just In Case Rule and can get a Protective Order filed against them to PROTECT the person being threatened, even if things are spoken on impulse or just out of anger & rage. Kids in High Schools today are arrested/apprehended & investigated for entertaining the idea of carrying out a school shooting or bombing. *** The answer to the above question should be NEVER; Especially when there are NUMEROUS accounts of threats being carried out to do harm. THE PRESERVATION OF LIFE should ALWAYS TRUMP Freedom Of Speech that may go hand in hand with Freedom Of Religion when those things spoken or practiced obviously have the intent of hurting & killing people!!! Bottom line: We in America need to do whatever it takes to protect ourselves and establish stronger boundaries in keeping ourselves distanced or away from reach to those whose core believes stand for eliminating those that dont believe the way they do. When is our own government gonna ISIS/and believers of Islam more seriously?!!! The evidence & track record of honor killings & genocide is overwhelming... You can keep & maintain your beliefs so your precious Freedom Of Speech & Freedom Of Religion is not violated nor stopped.... You can just exercise those rights elsewhere outside the U.S.A. We cannot afford chancing anymore loss of life...so get deported I say! Live amongst your like minded kind and go!!! BYE BYE! Action needs to be taken NOW here in the U.S.A. to clean house... starting with Congress.
