If you are a WOMAN wanting to be an EXCELLENT LEADER, you better know that your HATERS shall be women as you. They shall have nothing GOOD to say about you and your work. A woman wanting to be an excellent leader cannot keep FRIENDSHIP with women, yes you can talk with them but FRIENDSHIP is a no-no. A woman who enter within the House of God wanting her SALVATION, she must stay far away from ALL WOMEN LEADERS within the House of God. Yes you can talk with them but make sure YOU are the one giving instructions not them. Which means you have to OBSERVE them where you shall know their weakness. The First Lady who is officially Jezebel you must stay away from. Do nothing that she instruct you to do because her job is to steal your vineyard and give it unto her husband by feeding you idol food. For a WOMAN to be successful she must be a DAUGHTER. You must at all times keep within you the Integrity and the RULES or COMMANDMENTS that you are using to be your guide. Women it is not harder for you to succeed but the problem with many women today is that they have too many women friends. Their TRUST is in too much friends and they are afraid to truly LEAD. A leader have to be STRONG. Leadership is not based off your clothes, hairstyle, Phd or friendship it is based off the DECISIONS you have to made. Many women allow the negatives that are associate with a mans friendship to take them away from what should be their growth. It is better for a woman to have more male friends than to have plenty of women friends. Worship God Hugs
