These meals will come from area citizens, churches, businesses and schools, please make sure if you apply you really need the help. Other areas of Georgia will soon have their applications up, this is for 20 mile radius of Cobb County only. A few answers to questions weve received: This is not a pre-cooked meal - you will receive the items to prepare and a gift card to purchase fresh turkey. The reason you must live within 20 miles of Cobb County for this registration is because if you live outside of that radius you will spend at least the cost of a turkey just to drive and pick it up. Other areas will open up very soon. If you have signed up and you are outside of the area you will receive an email and your name will be removed. Please share this with everyone you know that is in the military or a veteran of less than 10 years and ask them to share. We have 100 meals available in Cobb County for the 23rd.
