If you are a musician, artist, philosopher, poet or just a generally smiley and interesting person then you are more than welcome in our colourful and friendly home. Rent is £450 a month (bills included). Location is Hither Green, in a nice quiet bit off the main road, there are shops and a train station within 5 minute walk. The house is lovely- 3 floors, living room with a piano and huge French windows leading to a big garden, 3 bathrooms (one with toilet and shower, one with bath and shower and one with just toilet) and a lets say tidy kitchen. The room is a good sized double with storage (wardrobe) on the top floor of the house. We are all students (fine art, sound design and anthropology), and enjoy hanging out doing things together but are also busy with our own stuff so allow each other some space as well :) Transport: 10 mins walk to Lewisham, 20 mins bike to Goldsmiths, Bus 225 takes 30 minutes in the traffic jam, train goes to Charring Cross in 17 mins and to London Bridge in 10.
