If you are a teacher with 40 pupils in a class. All comes from different areas, mostly remote. With different family background. Some parents are employed and some are just doing labor jobs. Their family comprises of 4 to 5 members. They have to walk from the mountain up to below, crossing streams and rivers. When they reached the school, they get tired and sometimes they feel sleepy inside the classroom. You teach well since its our responsibilities. When you dont top or even get a higher MPS in NAT exam, then they would say, teachers factor. As a teacher, I cannot imagine how these children sacrifices just to get the education they deserve. Sometimes with empty stomach, they prefer to be in school rather than staying home. How would you make them feel they are loved despite of their family background, academic performance and social life?
