If you are excited and happy about the release of Lil Boosie from prison, PLEASE identify yourself so you can save me the trouble of scrolling through my news feed looking for people to delete. I try to get preachy as little as possibly but I read an interesting article today asking why are people celebrating this mans release from prison and not celebrating the lives of the young black men staying out of prison, getting jobs, getting degrees, having stable lives. Young black folks celebrating this criminal, alleged murderer, and terrible rappers release from prison are feeding the entire world another ignorant stereotype for everyone to point and laugh and talk about. We can never come up in America as a whole if we keep dragging ourselves down for everyone to see.
