If you are feeling demotivated or losing hope with your training then maybe my 11 month progress video can bring that spark of motivation back! Looking back I cant believe it took that long to put 10 kilos on the bar! But the reality is; we all progress at different rates depending on many factors! I truly believe that its stupid to compare our progress or results with others. All that will do is either demotivate you from your goal or inflate your ego which will in turn destroy the path to your goal! Dont lose hope just yet. Believe me when I say this.
